As the UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for designing the landing page, establishing the branding, and creating social media marketing materials to promote the platform.
Collaboration
Throughout the project, I worked closely with the founder to ensure the brand messaging was clear and aligned with the overall vision of BuyMyCell. Additionally, I engaged with beta users to gather feedback and insights, which were instrumental in refining the landing page design and marketing materials. This collaborative approach ensured that the final product resonated with both the creator community and their audiences.
Challenge
User Engagement: One of the main challenges was to create a landing page that quickly captured user interest and clearly communicated the platform’s benefits. I collaborated closely with the founder and engaged with beta users to gather feedback and insights. By focusing on a clean, modern design and incorporating interactive elements, I was able to enhance user engagement and ensure the messaging resonated with our target audience.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring brand consistency across all materials was critical. Through regular discussions with the founder, we developed a comprehensive style guide that served as a reference for all design elements, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
Outcome
The final designs received positive feedback from both the client and initial users. The landing page effectively communicated the platform’s value, resulting in increased sign-ups and user engagement. The branding and social media materials successfully boosted the platform’s online presence, attracting a significant following on social media. The collaborative efforts with the founder and beta users ensured that the brand messaging was clear and resonated well with the target audience.
